Will You Get This?

Will you get this? These words in my head, now streaming out from my heart into yours? Fingers typing words that two seconds ago did not exist. Hope, yes a heart filled with wonder seeking another. Surrender, effortless, openly wandering a faint but glowing trail. Who is there in the end? Will it be you? Who else will time tell?

First Haikus of 2010

Puddles of raindrops Serenade me. Joyfully! Earth's symphony; smiles Warm morning hues. Rain. Bell sounds of migrating geese. Winter's call to us. Night. Still. No breeze. Quiet. Winters cold, my soul refreshed. Thundering raindrop.

Welcome to 2010

The rules are different now, if we so choose. What beautiful, new and brightly colored threads have you picked out, what pattern of warp and weft will you select as you prepare your sacred loom and which treadles will push or not push as you begin to weave your life's tapestry for this new decade? I am e xcited to see the magnisplendance of that which you are already creating in this moment. We are not in Kansas anymore, (well, those of you in Kansas are likely still there) and the magical land of OZ awaits each of us, right out side our front door. Ask yourself this: what are the current choices I have made about my life, concious or otherwise, what does the inner landscape of my life look like and how or what do I wish to make different, before my feet hit the ground each day, in this new and freshly minted month, year and decade? As the year and decade closed

As the decade comes to close, and we bid farewell to the ought years, that we take a moment to remember the good times, savor the lessons from the challenges and allow the wave of ever-present love and grace to sorround us, fill us and make room in our hearts for compassion to bloom, grow and with it, let us build a w orld of peace and abundance, making 2010, the beginning of the decade of peace.
